Full Service Package
The “Come Fly With Me” Full Service Package
Including but not limited to…
- Unlimited Emails / Texts / Phone Calls
- Creation of custom planning guide and assist every step of the way
- Venue selection
- Vendor referrals based on style and budget
- Creating of Budget Sheet and Managing accordingly
- Manage all venue selections
- Assembly of welcome bags and/or party favors
- Complete On and Off-Site Event Management
- Creation of in-depth wedding timeline for all vendors
- Coordinating and Attendance to rehearsal
- And so much more
On the Big Day:
- Confirmation of each vendor for the timeline
- Planner arrival before any vendors with Day of Emergency Kit
- Includes at least one assistant
- Vendor assistance with arrivals and loan-in / load-out times
- Assembly of welcome bags / party favors / DIY centerpieces
- Assistance with everything
- Confirmation of each vendors role is as according to your specifications
- Organization of First Look or Family Portraits with photographers, bridal party, and family
- Working with all vendors and venue to ensure a flow throughout the day / night
- Ensuring all gifts and presents are given to a family member or put into hotel room

The Partial-Planning Package
The I’ve got my venue! Now What? Package…
Also known as the “partial planning package.”
This package is based on exactly you AND your needs!
After a consultation, we will discuss a personalized package based on your preferences and budget.
All partial planning packages include the same as full service except, of course, finding a venue!
“Month Of” Planning Package
The “Month of” Coordinator… That actually starts six weeks before
- Unlimited emails / texts / phone calls exactly a month before the big day
- At least one meeting to discuss your vision for your big day
- Creation of in-depth wedding timeline
- Connect with all vendors already chosen
- Confirm each vendor for the load-in / load-out timeline and for wedding timeline
- Attendance and Organization of Rehearsal On The Big Day
- Confirmation of each vendor for the timeline
- Planner arrival before any vendors with Day Of Emergency Kit
- Includes at least one assistant
- Vendor assistance with arrivals and load-in / load-out times
