Earlier in my wedding planning years, I started out working with a production and entertainment company in South Florida as an event logistics coordinator. As the company grew large, I quickly realized I was really enjoying wedding planning and started working with top planners in Florida. Taking every opportunity to work weddings, I gathered all I could gather for wedding planning and decided to go on my own and start my full service wedding planning business, Busy Bee's Events.
When I started my business, I started with the idea that I wanted to help as many brides and grooms as I can by making them feel comfortable and taking care of every step of the planning process. Every single time I speak to a client on the phone, I always aim to hear at the end, "Wow, I feel so much better after talking to you." That's what really motivates me each and every day to grow my business to help more and more people. Over the years, I was featured on numerous publications, won best wedding planner and Hall of Fame by The Knot, featured my own planning segment on WPTV Channel 5 news, and was featured on countless radio stations discussing wedding planning in this pandemic world.
Buys Bee's Events started really growing into an amazing full service planning business with our star planners and stellar clients BUT as the business grew, I was becoming less available to take on new clients and not all budgets were able to include a wedding planner and I really wanted to help everyone but how? Not even a Hurricane can stop Busy Bee's Events from putting together a flawless wedding for my daughter. Bettina and her team are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! From the early on stages of planning this wedding to the rescheduling of basically everything after the catastrophic Hurricane Matthew, in the end everything turned out perfectly! The original venue we were going to have the wedding was being evacuated for Hurricane Matthew but that did not stop Bettina and her team to finding another venue that is just as fantastic as the first, and in only THREE days before the wedding! Bettina is professional, knowledgeable, personable, very organized, and amazing to work with.
